Jen Haese, JD, SHRM-CP

Biography

Jennifer Haese is the Assistant Director of Investigations with UW–Madison’s Office of Compliance. Before joining the University in January of 2025, Jennifer worked as an Associate Dean of Students at UW-Oshkosh, where she investigated allegations of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct on campus. This was followed by her tenure at Fox Valley Technical College where she served as a HR Manager conducting employment investigations. Jennifer has taught for both UW-Oshkosh and Fox Valley Technical College.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Administrative Leadership: Higher Education Administration from UW-Milwaukee and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Law School in Lansing, Michigan. She also holds her SHRM-CP credential from the Society of Human Resources Management.
