Travis Grimm serves as a Civil Rights and Compliance Investigator in the Office of Compliance. Prior to joining the university, Travis worked as an Equal Rights Officer with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. As an Equal Rights Officer, Travis investigated alleged violations of the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act and other employment and civil rights related laws.

Travis received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and his Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to obtaining his degrees, Travis served with the United States Marine Corps.
