Rupneet Sidhu is a Civil Rights and Compliance Investigator in the Office of Compliance. Before joining UW-Madison, Rupneet served as an Equal Opportunity/Title IX Investigator at UW-Milwaukee, where she investigated allegations of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct on campus. Prior to that, she was an Equal Rights Officer with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development’s Equal Rights Division, where she investigated complaints of discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and postsecondary education.

Rupneet is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee and University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).
