Jen Van Roy is a Case Manager in the Office of Compliance. Before joining the Office of Compliance in June 2025, Jen worked in the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards at UW-Madison where she investigated and adjudicated cases of university policy violations. Previous to that, Jen worked as a pre-school teacher at the Waisman Early Childhood Program.
Jen received both her BA in English and African American Studies, and an MS in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at UW-Madison.
