Mark serves as the Deputy Americans with Disability Act (ADA) Coordinator for Digital Accessibility. Prior to this role, Mark worked as the Digital Accessibility Program Manager for HP Inc. Previously, Mark worked for several years as the Senior Web Developer for Southern Utah University.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Technology from Utah Tech University, a Master of Interdisciplinary Science from Southern Utah University. He is also a certified Section 508 Trusted Tester.
